Consent Orders and S60(i) Certificates: What you need to know.

Once agreements are reached you can convert Mediation agreements and Parenting Plans into consent orders. This means that they have the same force as if they were issued by the court. But, if you can't reach agreement through mediation, especially through Family Dispute Resolution, then CleanSlate can issue a s60(i) certificate.

Consent Orders

When agreements are reached and parties would like those agreement legal enforceable applications must be made to the court to convert mediation agreements/parenting plans into consent orders.

We can draft consent orders for you and lodge them with the court. Drafting consent orders are $175.00 each. Alternatively, we can take care of the whole process for $500.

Section 60(i) Certificate

It's you're ticket into court. If you have attended FDR and it didn't work or we have assessed your matter as unsuitable for mediation you'll need a s60(i) Certificate before you cant enter the court system. The certificate tells the court that your have it a genuine go but couldn't settle your dispute. The certificates is issued after the initial intake session (if needed) and costs nothing.
