Different ways of ensuing a child's needs and best interested are at the forefront of their parents when they are making arrangements for their care.

Child focused mediation is the most commonly used kind of mediation. It uses the best interest principle to focus parties on the needs of children and with the best interest of children in the forefront, come up with arrangements that parties are happy with and make it easier on the children.
Child inclusive mediation is where, through the help of a child consultant, a child can play an active role in telling you what is important to them. Through a play based environment the child consultant will meet with children/child and understand what they want and need. The child consultant will then meet with parents and the FDRP at the begging of the FDRP session to discuss matters raised by the child/children.
CleaneSlate Mediation used Child Focused Mediation as out default. This is a principle required by law. If you'd like your child to participate in child inclusive mediation, reach out and lets start a conversation.
